an article is needed at the end of a version where people discuss who the true winner is, who deserved it, who had impact on the version. this is necessary to make clear that HoF is of less worth - true respect you have to earn from the community.
to encourage people to comment on it, the article would mention fams and their striking traits very shortly.
voting won't be involved in this - if you think someone deserved it you state it by words or you leave it.
