Legalizing sharing is a bad idea, the fact admins can't detect teamviewer doesn't mean it isn't cheating. Someone else is on your account doing a groupcrime for you or warring for you or doing something else etc..It's cheating. It's your own account only 1 people should play on it. If you can't be online during the night then you can't do a heist simple as that.

That's not possible from a technical POV, unless you also shared your login credentials and accidentally typed those in your local browser instead of through TeamViewer. TeamViewer can't "leak" data to a site like Omerta due to the way it works.
I don't think the crew claimed they shared IP addresses either.
Fact is, yes, it's not possible have 100% proof for TV usage. To me it seems they're simply going for the same standard they've started applying to funding: If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.
Then again, I wouldn't put any money on the crew always being able to identify ducks, so yeah, those akills should be taken with a grain of salt. Especially since without any technical proof, the difference between two people ranking together (synced GC times etc.) and two people using TV is rather hard to detect.

Sidenot : Ogame.tr top crew (bramblerose of ogame) was kicked out of management for continous corruption and earning cash from those corruptions. So why not in omerta? When i compare those 2 games, omerta is far more corrupted by any means. That last minute akills on winning fam is too fishy

fact is : A-kills are usually not made without FIRST HAND proof,
rumours and hear say are dismissed cuz thats not proving anything.
i know this cuz i had proof of someone using TV + script ( his TV-buddy gave me a fantastic print screen in the hope i would use it to my advantage ( thx btw :D ),and the evil bastard that i am...i took it to Admins H) ) it resulted in a thank u but we cant do anything about TV but we will try and bust that script ( that took some versions tho >.< )

You stating you got someone akilled does in no way proof all akills made are legit. We've seen over the past versions that admins continually change the rules while you are playing.

not all A-kills are legit i'm sure of that,human error accurs even with admins i guess xD
but most are revived when it has been proven that A-kill wasnt in order.
