Alright we seem to have a bug with your notification bubble which shows the amount of new comments. Apparently the counter is only reset when you are viewing a page while logged in, so viewing a page while you are just a guest keep the counter on its old value.
I'll look at the code tomorrow and hopefully fix it as well.
