The changes have finally brought some balance in the game. Ofcourse the high prices on DCs cause some problems for reranker. But guys seriously its what 3euros, its not alot of money considering that a PS3 game is like what 50euros or more.

I had a weak account without any groupcrimes, and it got shot by a stronger account, which survived. It might have been the bullets, but perhaps the lack of groupcrimes was part of it too - only the admins surely knows. So far, I think the KA has turned out according to what I heard/read. It's gonna be interesting to see, if they managed to prevent invincible accounts as they claimed, but to know that it will require, that people actually rerank and not just give up...

That seemed quite fair, since I shouldn't be able to kill a way stronger account in backfire, if it's shooting with full bg setup. I might have survived, if I had tweaked it a bit against defense, but that's what happens, when you have no idea of how the KA is tweaked.
The stronger accounts in my family survived attacks and backfire, which is fair - a really strong account shouldn't just be a piece of cake to kill, since you then remove the incentives to work for your account. This KA gives an advantage to those willing to spent time working on their account, hence it actually encourage people to do something with their accounts and not just turn on lackeys and then come back 3 weeks later. So if you have worked hard with your account, you will be rewarded. Fair imo.

1st of all, this site never will be an official site. As you know we started as Fingon, the core of the Fingon crew and that spirit is still the same. We know what admins did to us, and we will never forget.
This site is here to inform the players where omerta "lacks" doing that.
On this site you are free to speak your mind, as long its in english, and the flaming is not over the top without getting a punish ingame or whatever.
We are all still here because we once liked this game and got addicted to it. People complained about many things. No new stuff got added, got boring etc.
I want to remind you. KCode is doing the coding all on his own, and in his free time, because he also was once addicted. He has his own company, but he works fulltime on omerta.
So yes, PB and BJ are still closed. but what is the priority? we first spend a few days fixing a BJ, where 8 players can benefit from? or we focus on a sollid ground, waved through millions and millions of lines of codes, who are bugged, dont make sense and are from the middle ages? if you change one thing, you break 3 more things. this takes time!
its not like, oow we fix this thingy in 1 hour. if it was like that, it all was done for years already.
To explain something about me. KCode and me are working on these things together. No one else!

I repeat myself here. KCode wrote the lackeys from scratch, if something is not working there, its an easy fix. Also Lackeys affect every player and a PB/BJ affect how many players? its all about setting priorities.
These unlockables need to be done before KA. like we explained already.
And get realistic. you know what the prices of servers are, the data traffic etc. maybe you should have a look at that before you are saying its about money.
omerta is and always will be a free to play game.
I always played without buying DC's .. i gambled, did oc's etc. and i always had a top 10/20 account the versions i played.
Maybe you should change your playstyle?
The DC's are just a donation which favours you a bit.
If i look at games like candy crush or whatever game on the smartphone where you basicly massivly have to spend cash to finnish a level. Those games are made to make money. Omerta isn't.
I maybe would have shared your opinion before, but i see what happens now behind the scene what players can't see. It's so easy to have an opinion about something.

still works with fam rank, but as stated, you can choose what you want to unlock first. its not following a pre defined structure anymore as it was.

Isn't it a bit pathetic that people already are talking about a reset? It's only 1½ week ago they fixed the KA and it is already Game Over? People should seriously start to blood less families to avoid situations like this, so it won't end right after it has begun. And then everybody, who dies, should rerank instead of drinking milk and eating cookies, while crying over the loss of their account.
Nobody can be satisifed to fight the same war over and over again and then the version is done. If that's the case, then we, the players, are seriously the biggest, stupid "money cow" ever seen.

if you where lucky and had some credits left from your first account, you can rank a bit and make 3 or maybe 4 mil cash with it.
That is not enough to buy a new donation code.
Also the donation codes you bought on obay with previous account can't be used on a rebirth account.
In short , admins made it kinda impossible to rerank.
Sure you can rank manual, I hear this 1 coming, but be real, after spending so much time already people want a bit a cooldown time, and therefor lackeys would be great.
And I also hear the comment, well ask friends ask your family.
How this friends and that family, all facing the same problem.
Maybe 2 or 3 left, swindler and lower, do you really think they have the amount of cash to help everyone on new credits ?

I don't think the admins are interested in continuing a version, if nobody buys dcs - then they don't earn anything on their game, which ofcourse don't make sense from a business perspective. So I think it's ridiculous to ask them to give free credits away, etc., since we have to remember, that it is a business.
Instead they perhaps should sell credits cheaper to your second account to motivate people to restart - like, if you died, you get 2 dcs for the price of one the first 3 times you buy. Then it wouldn't be so expensive to restart, but they would still generate a cashflow, which is a requirement in every business.

i like the facts that u can take the credits from your main account to your rebirth, it are your credits anyway.
