The first family, called Magliana, is created by Dementia. They start in Chicago.

The Dementia account is ranked by a group of people who use logmein to get access on the same pc, which is apparently allowed because the admins can not gather enough proof to akill "her". Being online for at least 22 hours every single day is not enough proof. This is the way the game is played and it is good to know what is allowed in the eyes of the admins, and what is not, to level the playing field. Being online nearly non stop is one of the things that are allowed.
Because of this questionable tactic the account is 4 hours of ranking ahead of the current #2 (Chica) and 7 hours ahead of the #3 (Kidpaddle).

It is probably unfair to single out Dementia as being the only one to have shared. The online times of all the other top rankers are also very high and very close to Dementia's, and in the eyes of most human beings totally impossible to achieve on your own.

For the sake of objectivity I have to state that miracles do happen and some humans can sit behind a pc all alone ranking ranking ranking without stopping, for 22 hours a day. It's possible. Also, people can fly.
