2 reasons:
1) Gurentai and a few other families have had issues with a certain member of their top. attempted object stealing, and more notably, trying to get Gurentai and Infragilis to shoot each other.
2) Wanted to see if that 375HQ bug that benefited Nevaeh had been fixed, and if not, we'd have bigger HQ. But is has been fixed.
