A town has x places to rob, they`re not never ending.
Now everyone resides in Detroit, no prison time as all busters are there etc.
Lakeys on and go, now and the login for org crimes.
Result of the crimes should be made dependable of the crime rate in that city.
Low crimerate: big chance on success and vice versa.
Would encourage travelling and reintroduce strategic playing wo typing boring codes.
Would also devide the game over the 8 cities.
Prob is that everyone is encouraged to take the easy way and do all crimes in Detroit.
Revenue is equal and obviously Detroit is unlogically willing to be endless victim of crimes whilst in other towns crimerates dropped to almost 0.
Just my piece of thoughts.

Remove lackeys will bring back a large amount of scripters. The current playerbase isn't willing to type in manual codes for 18 hours a day, which is understandable ofcourse, they will go scripting. So nothing will change, only cheaters will gain more advantage above others. Now scripters have got a tiny advantage cause non scripters have lackeys.

Id also introduce scaling jail timers.
The more the police is familiar with you in a certain city the bigger the odds of you spending more time in jail and/or failing.
The only way to lower out this rate is to move and do your activities elsewhere so the cops "forget" you abit.

Look at fam stats - every player LC and up are in one of the 7 - who's left to re-rank ?
Any non-pact fam that tried to start would go down again within minuites , so no incentive to
play on either .
Time might change it ( #seiffus post ) I hope so -- but all i see atm is avg 70 players online
for the last couple days - the rest have gone to wait for/expecting reset .
Inevitablly the longer they have to wait the less will come back .
Yes - its nice to "win" and get HOF bonuses on game reset - but playing in a way that reduces or
de-incentifies the player base is a formula that will eventually kill the game .
