You call that the "only mistake"? The importance of shooting together in a war is the absolutely very first principle one should learn in omerta. Hell, in 2.1/2.2 we even in-killed people who shot 2-3 minutes prior to the first wave because they jeopardized our attack.

i know that , after we fail first shoot everythings was fucked up and we need to shoot in that time , i found lucc don in chic i was goin to shoot but he moved to ny , i comes to ny and ofc he was anking on sh rofl , so 30 mins t lfy again as all others my targets were in chic but after some mins i was dead , thanks to righe / traffi or conf dunno who lol .

about leacks , sama is full of dutch guys , ofc i wont say one of them is the spy , but , lucchese is not from honduras , so ... 1+1 ... :D also we has a brug or chief that left 2hr before we shoot and ofc as high rank he knew about it , anyway , rip traffi/nomads/tempe and others small fams thats arent called conflict/memento/righelli/lucchese/bruinsma, as this is the real pact :D

we hired in 10 / 20 targets for shooter , if they leakced the plans isnt our fail ;) it was more cool if we hire in all fams tops , just to try to take down more fams possible , but im not tops in sama so who did the plans did well ofc ;)

I think Sama could avoid this shooting, and nobody would have noticed their bloods died. But they shot for the bloods anyway.

It did not work simply because of the leaker - they could not kill most of their targets. Bru/Luc got informed about 20 minutes before the attack, then just went to safehouses, and waited till Righelli and Conflict saves their asses.
I have seen the target assignment in the war channel. Trust me, they were doing everything right.

Talk about dignity. If they are so keen to back up their bloods why didn't they then put bloods on their family page? It's easy to play hardball but it's tough to actually dare to stand by your bloods and show them.

What PPAL was trying to say by shooting all one by one, was kinda the plan that did not work out.
Originally here was the distribution:

(as a retiring person i have no secrets)
Therefore, first 6 shots had to be done one by one. Because you need to shoot don, see who became don, kill that one fast, etc.
After bringing fams down, everyone who hadn't shot, would of course shoot. And according to the plan everything had to happen in a minute.
Because of the leaker, plan did not work out as targets (tops) were safehoused. Of course then everyone was ordered to fire at will. Did not work well because of the same safehouses.
This is the main reason why the damage was so low. Way lower than it could be, if we just chose 1 fam and damaged it heavily with no big planning.
