Even with the rebirth system running properly there's no point in reranking if the sides are this big. You can't come back against the huge pact that is up now.

Ideally the system currently in place on .dm has alot of potential.
Thing is they cant implement 5.0 until the make it run smoother, not eat as much memory and tweak it abit. With that system versions could easily go on for 5-8 months at least.

A way to end this reset loop could be a no death version. For exemple, when you shoot someone and succed he could get striped of all cash bullets market stuff but still stay with the rank progress.

Even on a balanced version without huge pacts indeed. With the amount of blooding that has been going on this version there's fuck all you can do when you rerank. Up Siberia, Marazzino, Fortress, Hellas or Colossal again and there are 10 families waiting to take you down. It's just BS.

When we had ES rebirth you also lost points when you shot bullets, now you dont. This KA favours older accounts that has lived longer and shot more bullets. We also have like 1/4 of the playerbase of what were around pre-lackey as well, thus making rebirth harder since there is no friendly fams left after the first big war.

Lets say you rerank with your family and go up with 5-10 brugs and 20-30 chiefs...how do you think they'd fare against the enemy that has 100+ brugs alive? With a KA that favours older accounts with higher RP/more bullets shot? Reranking is useless, and anyone who fails to see that need to learn how to play the game.

Yet we used to do it with ES as best restarting point and no lackies to do the work for us. I just don't get the laziness of today's Omerta players. They need to go play a safe game like Farmville or Candy Crush or something.

Lets assume for a moment that everyone reranked. There is a reason those people died this version; the massive pact (that your family is also a minor part of) consisting of >50% of the player base. If you were to start at soldier, they'd be 200% brug by the time you hit that same rank. Now you can do the math and figure out why no one reranks, genius.

Better yet, why wouldn't they? They give you free levels and basically 5-6 different setups to choose from. Back when we REAL players played, you rebirthed as ES with nothing and worked your ass off to get back to Brug. Now, people just die and whine. True Millenial fashion.
