Tratto (Deputy Version Manager): Hello gangsters, Welcome back to a new Omerta round! As announced, you will be met by changes in the ticket and the reporting systems. Going forward, every user profile will feature a “Report user” button; click it to report that user’s bad behaviour. As for the usual ticket system, it has been removed. These changes aim to provide efficiency and fast pace. However, the system’s usefulness still relies on every user best judgment. So please be reasonable when clicking the “Report user” button and be aware that repeated unjustified reports will be ignored. Ultimately, improper reporting can result in the loss of reporting privileges. By pressing the “Report user” button you’ll be prompted to box-check which good practices you believe that user is violating. From this version on, this will be the only way to report someone. As for the new support system, the one replacing the old ticket system, use it to directly query the crew about subjects Omerta’s Wiki page doesn’t cover. To access the new support page, click the “?” button at the screen’s top right corner. Behind the “?” button one finds a list of important game-related topics and the aforementioned possibility to interrogate the crew. And sure, you can drill us in Portuguese, Dutch or Turkish, but be certain that our replies will move quicker if the questioning happens in English.
