The ticket system is also better. In the unlikely event the game's knowledge base doesn't answer your problem, just send us a ticket. Your in-game inbox will warn as soon as the reply arrives. We're also bringing back the possibility to directly message the Crew members. And sure, you can write us in portuguese, dutch or turkish, but know that your reply will move quicker if the question lands in english.
